1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Akatalyst Technologies website or utilizing our professional services, including our proprietary platforms (QMSdesk™, CSV360™), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations within regulated life sciences sectors.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, proprietary methodologies, and software platform names—explicitly QMSdesk™ and CSV360™—are the exclusive intellectual property of Akatalyst Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our proprietary compliance frameworks or software interfaces is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Provision

Akatalyst provides strategic GxP advisory, validation services, and digital compliance platforms. While we strive for absolute regulatory alignment, the final responsibility for compliance and product safety remains with the client organization as per health authority mandates (FDA, EMA, MHRA, etc.).

4. Limitation of Liability

Akatalyst Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advisory services or digital platforms beyond the scope of specific Master Service Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the parties.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

6. Revisions

Akatalyst may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
